Description

This finely-tuned 8 note xylophone is made from extremely durable, FSC certified hardwood and produces warm, marimba-like tones when tapped with a beater. The wooden keys are strung on stainless steel cables with stainless steel eyebolts at each end. The bolts are ideal for fitting to a 100mm timber frame but work equally well with a steel frame. Like our Metallophone, the 8-note xylophone can be mounted in various positions – vertically, horizontally or angled – and on various structures including walls, fence panels and freestanding installations.
